New smart phone for my boy

My little boy, Kevin request me to buy a smart phone for him as birthday present. But i worried that he will be too addicted to phone games. So i hope to get a moderate smart phone with standard spec and internet function will do, i dont want too high tech one. Anyone got good suggestion?

Internet function? I think all smart phone hv internet function lah! Or you mean internet subscription?
