Well.. From time to time from battle to battle Monkey the Luffy will grow up to be stronger and stronger. As the opponent become very strong, Luffy need to becomes strong too.
In Wano Arc, we can see in the very beginning, Luffy Gear 4 has nothing againts Yonko Kaido. Kaido is extremely on another level. However, Luffy need to become more stronger to beat Kaido!
As maybe a fate, Luffy who is in prison after lost to Kaido meets Hyorogo the Flower, once the respective Yakuza. He is seem to be strong too. He know the technique to extend the Haki up to a level where he can beat the opponent without even touch him.
Luffy is now learning the new Haki from him. Once Luffy master the new technique (Now luffy already able to see the future as same as Katakuri, How strong Luffy can be. I cannot wait!
Big mom who is now lost her memory will enter Udon, the Prison to find Ushuriko. What will big mom do there? Maybe she will face Queen (Kaido underling with 1.3 Million bounty!)
