When Malaysia was "announced" as the winner of best Dress, Malaysian all over the country crying with joy as for time being, Malaysia never won the best National Costume in that prestigious competition.
However, the joy was not long lasting as the Organizer of the program announced that the Best dress was actually won by Philiphines. Many peoples really shocked and angry about this. How come this shameful tragedy happened?
