There are many universities that can be selected. For me the best in this field is none other than UTM. But to enter UTM nowadays is quite difficult since they reduce the number of degree student to study in this university. Others, you can choose Universiti Malaya, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Universiti tun hussein onn or Universiti Teknikal malaysia Malaka. I heard that UTEM has a lot of new facilities in their University that can help student for better environment in Lab session.

You really need to do alot of research at early stage. This is to avoid you pick wrong uni and you will regret after that. Once and for all pls choose the righ uni/kolej. For me a uni must have good reputation and certificate must get recognition from ministry of education. A good uni must provide engineering lab facilities...Then the experience of the lecturer also very crucial ! For location you may choose nearer to your house or if you from outstation you might get uni that provided hostel and got food court & public transport around !The you must also compare the fee whether is reasonable or not.

do u know which uni/college provide this electronik engineering course ? or quantity surveyor course? cuz im interested in this course as well. it would be better if fulfilled those criteria that you have mentioned above. any educational loan for the suggesting college ? if yes, what is the procedure of gettong loan or scholarship ? thanks and I really appreciate for your recommendation
For these two courses, i'd recommend you to goto Inti College, because they're now part of Laureate International Universities, the largest operator of private universities in the world. So, you would not have to concern about your degree being not recognized or problems as such. For more information, see here http://newinti.edu.my/main/academic_prog...rumseeding
With regards to scholarship, you can apply if your sports and co-curricular achievements are high, since your STPM results are not too weak. If there is no chance, you can still get a PTPTN. It's very easy to get a study loan nowadays. Don't worry.
